Welcome to the Heartlands Patient Forum page!
The Patient Forum is a group of patients that meet every 6 weeks to discuss and review the service we receive from Heartlands HIV outpatients.
We are here to ensure that our service maintains its high standards of patient care.
We will endeavour to listen, discuss and review concerns that you have , however this is not a platform for personal complaints.
We will liaise with the clinic and management to meet the needs of all patients.
We invite you to join us to hear our current discussions and listen to your views. See the list of meeting dates on our page or the posters in clinic.
We meet in a safe and confidential environment.
As patients our voices are heard the loudest and our voices are stronger together.
Contact us using PeerMentoring@heartofengland.nhs.uk or ask a member of staff.
If you are worried about attending a meeting, one of our members would be happy to meet you individually if preferred.
